Hydrostatic Pressure
The hydrostatic guideway and hydrostatic rotary table are the foundation for the early development of us, and based on these more types of grinding machines have been developed.

The feed shaft suspends the moving part between the oil films through the oil film, and does not directly contact the sliding seat, so as to achieve no contact and no wear.

Due to the characteristics of fully enclosed hydrostatic oil film, it has the characteristics of high rigidity, high anti-vibration and ultra-low friction, and can still operate stably under extremely heavy loads.

High Efficiency and High Precision
・Moving column structure does not affect the machining accuracy due to changes in workpiece weight and axial movement.
・The X-axis and Z-axis adopt fully enclosed hydrostatic guideway technology, which enables them to achieve high-efficiency and precision control in grinding.
・Cooperate with the linear motor without mechanism and the wear accuracy will not change for 5-10 years.
・The C-axis rotary table adopts hydrostatic bearings. This bearing system can move smoothly, and the processing rotation accuracy can reach up to < 1 μm, and can carry high-weight workpieces.
Vertical Spindle with B-axis Swivel Axis
The B-axis uses gear positioning, providing multiple possibilities for machining parts. It can be equipped with a measuring probe, and the B-axis can be rotated 90° to measure the workpiece.
Versatile use and Optimum Configuration
・X-axis and Z-axis use linear motors and hydrostatic guide rails to achieve the best precision control.
・The C-axis is directly driven by a torque motor (DD motor), which can process non-circular special-shaped workpieces.

The fully enclosed static pressure can provide high rigidity and high stability, and its oil film can resist offset and load changes.
Thermally stable, dissipates heat in hydrostatic oil circulation.
When running at low speed, there is no “staict-slip” phenomenon.
