MGV-300 Vertical Grinder
MGV-300 series is suitable for small workpieces. It can grind the inner diameter, outer diameter and end face. A single clamping process can ensure the flatness and verticality tolerance of the end face, as well as the concentricity tolerance of the inner diameter and outer diameter. This model is equipped with a standard tool magazine, which can be used for mass production. It can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading, which is the best solution for mass production of small workpieces.
Rotary table
• The static pressure bearing is used to support the axial and radial directions, which has high vibration resistance, high rigidity, high rotation accuracy, and can carry high weight.
• Equipped with direct drive of DD motor, it moves synchronously with X-axis to grind special-shaped workpieces. (optional)
Axial
• X-axis and Z-axis, hydrostatic guideway and linear motor achieve nanometer-level high-precision movement and high-precision grinding surface.
• The linear motor and the track have no friction and no contact, no thermal temperature rise, no wear, and the absolute closed loop positioning can reach the nanometer level, which can remain unchanged for 5-10 years, which is the biggest feature of this machine.

MThe MGV-300 series is specially designed for grinding small workpieces. Compared with horizontal grinding machines, vertical workpiece clamping is easier, and there is no need to overcome the problem of horizontal clamping due to weight drooping. All models of this series are equipped with HRT hydrostatic rotary tables as standard, which can carry heavy-duty workpieces, run smoothly and with low vibration, and have excellent performance in geometric flatness, verticality and concentricity. The X-axis and Z-axis guide rails use HGW fully enclosed hydrostatic guide rails, which have an ultra-low friction coefficient, and there will be no "Stick-Slip" phenomenon during low-speed motion, and micro-feeding can be achieved.
CNC Controller System
The CNC controller system can process more complicated or continuous construction operations. The CNC control system has a conversational man-machine screen developed by us, which reduces the time for programming. Especially suitable for flexible manufacturing systems, using automatic loading and unloading to reduce personnel and reduce costs, the best choice for mass production.

Rotary Table
Hydrostatic bearings are used to support the rotary table, axial and radial, and the table can be floated. It has high vibration resistance and can maintain long-term operation. The rotation accuracy is higher than that of ordinary bearings.
Transmission Configuration
The X-axis and Z-axis adopt HGW hydrostatic guide rails without "stick-slip" phenomenon, and cooperate with precision ball screws for precise positioning and linear motion.
Full Casting Design
