MGR Rotary Table Surface Grinder
The MGR series is specially designed for the processing of large diameter components requiring precise flatness tolerances. It is often used for surface grinding of parts such as grinding collars, spacers, gears, and mechanical collars for sealing. Multiple workpieces can be placed and ground at the same time. Through the rotary table, the processing speed is faster than that of standard surface grinders.
Machine Structure
The moving column moves back and forth to ensure balanced linear motion, and the accuracy will not change due to the change of workpiece weight.
Axial
The front and rear also lifting adopts precision high grade linear slide rails, and cooperates with precision grade ball screws for precise positioning and linear motion.
Hydrostatic Spindle
Optional
The static pressure spindle has high damping and high vibration resistance, which makes the grinding more stable. Direct motor drive, high efficiency and low vibration.
Table Type Dresser
With NC controller, it can automatically dress the grinding wheel.
Round Electromagnet

With the controller, the time to fix the workpiece is shortened.
Hydrostatic Rotary Table
The static pressure bearing is used to support the axial and radial directions, which has high vibration resistance, high rigidity, high rotation accuracy, and can carry high weight.
