MRV Vertical Multifunctional Grinding Machine
The MRV series is a moving column type, and there is no inertia change due to the weight of the workpiece. Can grind inner and outer diameters, suitable for medium Large, large diameter or heavy components require high precision squareness or cylindricity. The B-axis gear positioning can swivel.
The head design provides more diverse applications, and can be applied to medium and large-scale aerospace components, generator components, turbine components, etc.
Machine Structure
High-rigidity T-shaped structure casting body, not affected by left, right, up and down movement, and moving column type movement, without the influence of workpiece weight.
Rotary Table
The static pressure bearing is used to support the axial and radial directions, which has high vibration resistance, high rigidity, high rotation accuracy, and can carry high weight.
B-axis Vertical Swing Head (500-1200)
• B-axis and multi-angle gear positioning, the minimum indexing positioning angle is 1° (5°) positioning, Can do multi-angle grinding and surface grinding.
• The measuring probe can be installed on the spindle head, and the measurement can be done by rotating the B-axis 90°. Ensures dimensional control of ground workpieces.
Axial
• X-axis and Z-axis, hydrostatic guideway and linear motor achieve nanometer-level high-precision movement and high-precision grinding surface.
• Linear motors and rails have no friction and no contact, no thermal temperature rise problem, no abrasion, Absolute full-closed loop positioning can reach the nanometer level, and it can remain unchanged for 5-10 years, which is the biggest feature of this machine.

The MRV series is designed for precision grinding of medium and large workpieces. The vertical structure does not need to overcome the problem of horizontal clamping due to weight drooping.
CNC Controller System
The CNC controller system can process more complicated or continuous construction operations. The CNC control system has a conversational man-machine screen developed by us, which reduces the time for programming.
Rotary Table
DD motor (torque motor) is selected to process special-shaped non-circular workpieces.
Increase Productivity
Vertical workpiece clamping does not have the problem of horizontal weight drooping, which shortens the time for workpiece correction. A single clamping can complete inner diameter, outer diameter and end face grinding.
Measuring Probe - online measurement
The B-axis swing head can be rotated 90 degrees to use the measuring probe, which can be measured online during processing, and then the error is ground to the size tolerance range, which greatly reduces the time for manual measurement.

Rotary Table
Hydrostatic bearings are used to support the rotary table, axial and radial, and the table can be floated. It has high vibration resistance and can maintain long-term operation. The rotation accuracy is higher than that of ordinary bearings.
Transmission Configuration
The X-axis and Z-axis adopt HGW hydrostatic guide rails without "Stick-Slip" phenomenon. With linear motors and optical scales, higher precision control can be achieved
